History

The home was built in 1969, and was put on sale that year for $35,000. It was sold to the Osner family, who lived in the home through the death of Sidney Osner in 1981 until it was put on sale in 1983 for $94,500, selling to the O'Donnells for $87,000.

In 1991, a fire broke out at the home, causing destruction totaling to around half of the home's value. It is stated that a "19th-century stable" behind the home was destroyed. It's not named under an address, but it was most likely 106 Llandaff Road, as it is the house right behind it, and was definitely extant by the early 1900s, unlike some of its neighbors.

The home was put in a trust for the O'Donnells in 2009, and the family sold the home in 2018 for $400,000.
